dc.description.abstract | Effective communication is a cornerstone of successful project management, particularly when navigating challenges such as resource allocation and scope management. In the case of XYZ Retail’s mobile app development, several instances illustrate how effective communication positively influenced project outcomes. One significant instance was the prioritization of features during discussions with stakeholders. When additional features, such as live chat support and a new payment gateway, were proposed, the project manager facilitated discussions to assess their impact on the timeline and budget. This collaborative approach allowed the team to focus on essential functionalities for the initial release while scheduling additional features for future updates. By aligning the team’s efforts with stakeholder expectations, this communication strategy not only streamlined project scope but also fostered a sense of ownership among team members (Kerzner, 2017). | en |
